Due to the nature of cosmetic products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (images/videos).
Non-returnable cases:

Change of mind after delivery

Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
MAZUMAECOM reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
